The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor to undertake external cladding and joinery replacement works at Kelburn Normal School, Kelburn, Wellington, covering Blocks A and C.

About

Kelburn Normal School's existing Ten Year Property Plan includes a project targeting the replacement of timber windows and joinery.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Removal of existing decayed windows and joinery
  • Installation of new double glazed windows and new timber joinery
  • Replacement of the existing hall door
  • Targeted replacement of localised areas of cladding, as detailed on the architectural drawings
