Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the installation of transportable post incident hygiene showers at the eleven (11) nominated DFES sites below:

• Claremont Fire Station
• Osborne Park Fire Station
• Midland Fire Station
• Hope Valley Fire Station
• Daglish Fire Station
• Belmont Fire Station
• Mandurah Fire Station
• Murdoch Fire Station
• Malaga Fire Station
• Fremantle Fire Station
• Canning Vale Fire Station

The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, ground testing, concreting, the installation of buildings, hydraulic works, electrical works, landscaping, painting, and other.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Nominated DFES Sites.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each site. Meetings will be spread over 2 days as noted in the site briefing run sheet attached as part of the tender document set. The location and allocated times for the briefings are also detailed below:
