Federation University is seeking to appoint a commercial building contractor to execute the physical works required to fit out the existing facility at 11 University Drive, Mt Helen. The facility has been decanted and is ready to start works. The facility requires a cosmetic and service-related uplift involving mechanical, electrical and security upgrades and a refresh of the entire space. The works will only address one half of the general office area.

There will be a mandatory site inspection at commencing at 10am, Friday 31st January, 2025. Please meet at facilty, 11 University Drive, Mt Helen.

Registration is not required, however a site inspection register will need to be signed on the day. It is the contractors responsibility to ensure the register is signed.
