Tender Description
The Ruapehu District Council is seeking building maintenance contractors (including building, electrical and plumbing) to maintain its office buildings, public buildings, commercial buildings and public toilets throughout the district from 1 March 2025. We are seeking suppliers who can provide reliable and high-quality building maintenance services and who share the values and aspirations of the Council for the Ruapehu District.
This is an opportunity to win a contract to provide services for the next six years subject to performance. Your work will be high profile and provide a valuable service to the communities of the Ruapehu District.
There are six individual contracts defined by location (e.g., North/South) or trade type (e.g., Building, Electrical and Plumbing). Respondents may tender on all or any individual contract.
