Lithgow City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to provide Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) Services to support the Professional Services Contractor (PSC) engaged for the Wolgan Road Reconstruction Project’s Concept Design and Environmental Assessment (CD&EA) Services. The SME will support Council in achieving the best outcomes for the project by working collaboratively with the PSC.
You must download and following the instruction of VOLUME 0 in order to get access to these tender documents (VOLUME 1 - 4). Please read the following instructions carefully. To obtain the tender documents, you must complete and sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll. Access to the tender documents will only be granted after you have submitted the Confidentiality Deed Poll via the email address nominated in VOLUME 0.
