The Opportunity
Bounded by the Great Barrier Reef to the east and sandstone wilderness in the west, Livingstone Shire is located within the Fitzroy Region of Central Queensland and covers 11,800 square kilometres on the Capricorn Coast. The major urban townships of Yeppoon and Emu Park are where the majority of the population reside, our beautiful rural areas include Byfield, Cawarral, The Caves, Stanage, Marlborough, Glenlee and Glendale.
Council services a population of 40,000. Our major industries include retail, tourism, education and training, health care and social assistance, construction and agriculture.
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking to source suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of an amenities block located on Fisherman’s Beach – Great Keppel Island Works Contract requirements.
The project scope includes the provision of competent, construction qualified and other staff to undertake various construction related works for Livingstone Shire Council within the terms and conditions of the Contract.
