Expressions of Interest are invited for temporary illuminated installation artworks.
Council is seeking submissions for large-scale, site-specific and/or immersive temporary illuminated installations that will appeal to a wide demographic and can be displayed outdoors in winter, as part of the Glow Winter Arts Festival.
• Please note, this procurement is being conducted as a two-stage process. This Stage will ask applicants to provide a Design concept, budget, and technical requirements for consideration.
• Upon evaluation, shortlisted applicants only will be invited to provide a Final design concept and final pricing via a secondary invitation through tendering portal.
