Tender Description
The City of Mandurah (the City) as Principal is seeking suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations to leverage existing Microsoft E5 licensing and Enterprise SIP Trunks and Commission a Cloud hosted Microsoft Teams Phone System with a Contact Centre component, Supply/Configure associated handsets and provide After Sales Support Services as per Specification.
The contract for Support Services will be for a period of two (2) years with two options (2) for a further one (1) year, to be exercised at the sole discretion of the City.
One Contractor will be appointed to fulfil the requirements.
