Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to rehabilitate a 1.89km portion of Stoneville Road, Stoneville.

As part of the Shire's 2024/25 Capital Works Program, in-situ wetmixing of basecourse, resurfacing and minor civil works is proposed for Stoneville Road, Stoneville. The work area is approximately between Goddard Place (Access Way) and Anketell Road.

Scope of works includes:

Provide traffic management to accommodate works.
Preparation, submission and delivery of any required noise management plans, permits, approvals, business & resident notifications and stakeholder / service provider consultation.
In situ granular stabilisation to correct shape, trim and compact to existing levels.
Replacement of localised portions of concrete kerbing (exact extent to be determined at award).
Two coat 14/7 (double double) spray sealed surfacing and spray seal design.
10mm DGA 75blow asphalt surfacing at intersections. Match existing levels.
Spotting to MRWA specification and approved signage pavement drawing.
Site Clean-up and handover to Shire of Mundaring.
