⁠⁠⁠Good afternoon,

Can we please request a quote, kindly refer to the details below and the attached document/s. Please ensure your quote covers the SOW and housing Tech specs requirements.

Please note that your quote must:

1. Review the Scope of Works and inform us of any inconsistencies, errors, incomplete information, and/or clarifications ASAP. This must be done BEFORE you submit your quote

2. Include a price breakdown per property please / materials & labor

3. Include your estimated SDP, and if applicable

4. indicate if you require progress payments including milestone details

5. If not able to quote, send a reply explaining briefly your reason/s:

Please find attached the documentation which must be referenced when preparing the quote.

Progress payment: Indicate (ü) whether a progress payment arrangement is to be considered:  Yes / No 

*Progress payment terms MUST be recommended by the Head Contractor at the time of submitting quotes to the Principal. These terms are negotiable; however, they must be agreed upon with the Principal prior to any works being awarded. 

In addition to the above request the Housing Authority also requires the following: 

·        A price breakdown per property please / materials & labor

·        All ACM Pricing needs to be identified separately per property (if applicable)

·        Forward the quote -- together with all supporting documentation to the Team mailbox (pandf@lakemaint.com.au)

·        A draft Service Delivery Program (SDP) needs to be supplied together with the quot

·        Please provide a lead time (in weeks) to mobilize to the site; and a lead time (in weeks) to complete all works as per SOW

·        All subcontractors, their employees, and contractors MUST complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site

Important:

The requirements set by DoC must be followed and reflected on your quote (refer to the below details and attached documents). A quote deemed incomplete will be rejected. Likewise, works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirement/s are submitted (i.e. before and after photos, reports, etc.)

Kindly remember: Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering/leaving remote communities.
