Opportunity requirements

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites suitably experienced and pre-qualified contractors under the National Prequalification Scheme at R3 or Higher for Roadworks & Financial Category F20 to undertake the construction of the intersection upgrade at Forest Road, Boundary and Bonds Road, Peakhurst.

The four-way intersection is signalised and falls within the Georges River Council Local Government area. Forest Road is classified as a State Road and is a designated B-Double route with a posted speed limit of 60 km/h. Boundary Road and Bonds Road are classified as council roads with a posted speed limit of 50 km/h.

This work consists of Install new dedicated right turn lanes on Boundary Road and Bonds Road approaching Forest Road, by widening on the southern verge, upgrade the left turn on Forest Road eastbound into Bonds Road northbound to a high entry angle left turn slip lane and Traffic Control Signal adjustment.

All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
