Tender Description
The Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) is seeking an IT Service Provider with the capability, capacity and experience to deliver a Receipting and Payment System.
The IT Service Provider must be able to provide:
- Receipting Services
- Processing of payments through online and third party payment channels
- A feeder system to the Territory’s Oracle enterprise business suite
- Financial reporting
The System must interface with the Territory’s banking provider (currently Westpac), using the existing communication mechanisms, import and export file formats, and integrate with the payments provider, Linkly.
