TfNSW seeks Proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the provision of Integration Assurance Services to the Opal Next Generation Program.
Scope
TfNSW seeks to engage an IAS Supplier to provide technical expertise, guidance, advice and recommendations to help TfNSW procure various solutions and services for the ONG Program, provide program planning, undertake assessments of the system requirements and the designs submitted by the Other Suppliers, assure that the ONG Solution integration is following the agreed approach and oversee the establishment of, and manage, the ONG Integration Test Facility.
Exclusivity:
While there is no restriction on Respondents to participate in any of the Tenders published by the ONG Program, there are Exclusivity requirements for IAS, wherein the successful IAS Respondent may not be awarded any other ONG contract package, including the Sub-system Core Packages (SSCP) and/or Ancillary packages.Once the IAS Deed is awarded, the IAS Supplier will not be permitted to provide any service to any Respondent of the SSCP RFP and/or any Ancillary RFP unless prior written consent is obtained from TfNSW along with an approved probity plan to avoid potential conflicts of interest
