The City of Kingston is a leading organization committed to ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. As part of our continuous effort to maintain high security standards, we are seeking qualified and experienced service providers to manage and maintain our electronic security systems and CCTV infrastructure.

The purpose of this tender is to invite proposals from reputable and experienced service providers for the comprehensive maintenance of our electronic security systems and CCTV networks. This includes regular inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The City of Kingston has approximately 287 Council-owned buildings which may at any time require the addition of new systems or services.

All services shall be delivered in accordance with the documents provided in the Specification and Schedule of Attachments.
