ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION:
The City of Coffs Harbour (City) is seeking Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to undertake a feasibility study for the construction of a flood levee in Barcoo Court, Toormina
REGISTRATION:
Quotation documents may be obtained after registration via the online forum.
ENQUIRIES:
Quotation enquiries should be directed to Greg Hughes, Project Manager via the online forum before the closing date and time as listed.
SUBMISSIONS:
Completed responses should be submitted via the electronic tender box which is the City's only method for accepting submissions. Submissions via any other method will not be accepted.
Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Quotations close at 10am on 24th September, 2024
Submissions must be fully uploaded prior to this time. Please be aware that if several proponents are uploading documents at the same time delays may be experienced. Proponents, therefore, are strongly advised to allow adequate document upload time prior to the RFQ closing time.
The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced, any, or any part of the quotation and reserves the right to conduct the quotation process and select the successful proponent as it considers most advantageous.
City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
Canvassing of Councillors and/or City staff will disqualify that proponent's submission as per the City's policy.
