Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Medicine Advisory Committee (GEDIMAC) seeks expressions of interest from RACP OTP members to join the committee.

Description

Positions are open on the GEDIMAC for a Fellow who has completed specialist training in another country (OTP).

The purpose of the Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Medicine Advisory Committee is to provide advice, and review and make recommendations regarding:

Applicants should:

  • provide relevant skills and expertise to the committee
  • not represent any particular organisation
  • have high-level communications skills
  • demonstrate commitment to valuing equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • have governance, regulatory and oversight experience
  • be prepared to devote the time to prepare for and attend meetings on a pro bono basis

The Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Medicine Advisory Committee meets 4 times per year.
