Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake RCD Compliance Program Rectification Works at Nominated Schools.
This RFT seeks to engage contractors to complete the second stage of the RCD Compliance Program, being rectification works identified during the audit and assessment stage, by:
- Award of initial contracts for RCD installation at the first package of 31 schools
- Establishing a Schedule of Rates for initial and future RCD installation works under the Program
- Establishment of a multi-use panel to be utilised on any future works managed by PFM as part of the DOE RCD Compliance Program
