Mansfield Shire Council is seeking to engage the services of an experienced and qualified consultant to contractor to quote for road reconstruction and sealing of James Street and the two James Street side streets
Council has an ongoing duty to maintain unsealed roads and roadside drainage in an adequate condition in line with the Road Management Plan. As part of the 10-year capital works program, the council has identified James Street main segment, James Street side road (east access) and James Street side road (West access) as suitable candidates for sealing to improve road safety, reduce ongoing maintenance requirements, and decrease dust levels for residents within a built-up urban area.
