Tender Description
Narrabri Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest from artists to commission a sculpture which will be situated in Council-owned parkland, where ongoing public engagement is expected.
It is anticipated that the sculpture will be upright, freestanding, and produced with an awareness of the scale of structures nearby, sightlines from buildings and cultural context of the location.
