Overview
Glen Innes Severn Council is inviting stallholder applications and expressions of interest for Christmas in the Highlands, Illuminations 2026. Council is seeking stallholders, performers, community groups, artists, suppliers and businesses to help deliver the event, with opportunities available across the Christmas Markets, entertainment program, Light Trail and event activations.
About
Christmas in the Highlands Illuminations is proudly funded by the NSW Government's Open Streets Program and supported by Glen Innes Severn Council.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of stalls for the Christmas in the Highlands Markets, showcasing local products, food, gifts and experiences
- Provision of entertainment, including performers and musicians, as part of the event program
- Delivery of activities and programs by community groups and schools
- Provision of children's activity offerings
- Contribution of artistic and creative works or activations
- Supply of event production services
- Supply of lighting specialist services, including for the Christmas Light Trail
- Development and delivery of ideas to activate the event by businesses and organisations

- Community groups and schools
- Children's activity providers
- Artists and creatives

- Lighting specialists
- Businesses and organisations with ideas to activate the event
