Tender Description
All seniors living in NSW, including NSW Seniors Card holders, are eligible to attend the free Premier’s Gala Concerts held over two days at Aware Super Theatre, ICC Sydney.
Traffic and Transport Services are required to guarantee the safe and seamless arrival and departure of the estimated 32,000 seniors who will attend the Premier’s Gala Concerts over two days.
Scope
The scope of the proposed procurement include but not limited to:
• Review and adapt existing Traffic Management Plan
• Development of associated Traffic Control Plans
• Coordination and Implementation of Traffic Management Plan and Traffic Control Plans
• Coordination of bus movements (arrival, drop off, pick up and departure from venue) based off details provided to service provider by DCJ staff.
• Coordination of traffic control personal including site induction
• Sourcing, recruitment and briefing of Event operations staff
• Procurement of event logistic equipment
• Coordination of procurement delivery schedule
• Event Day operations staffing, site induction, briefings and the development of briefing and operational documentation
