Overview
The Northern Territory (NT) Health will commission a suitable organisation(s) to deliver a low medical withdrawal, recovery-oriented social and emotional wellbeing program complimented with clinical support provided with Top End Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services (TEMHAOD), for adults with an active/detoxed substance use disorder as the primary concern and co-occurring mental health and/or health/social issues.
The Top End Integrated Care Service (TEICS) will develop strong and effective partnerships between, Primary Health Care services, specialist Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) services and other Community-Based services. The TEICS will represent a stage in a stepped-care process between inpatient Mental Health Services, Alcohol and Other Drug Services and Community Based Services (Clinical and Non-Clinical).Available funding
