Tender Description
Tenders are invited from cleaning contractors to provide cleaning, security (lock and unlock), minor maintenance and reporting of conventional public toilets and barbecues in open space within the City of Stonnington.
Most public toilets and barbecue facilities in this contract are found in parks and reserves throughout the City of Stonnington. The cleaning, servicing and minor maintenance of the facilities is a Fee Schedule Contract for three (3) years with the option for three 1 year extensions at the sole discretion of Council. The contract excludes Exeloo public toilets.
Cleaning contractors will be required to deliver clean, tidy and hygienic conventional public toilets and barbeques that minimises inconvenience to facility users and ensures high quality, safe and functional facilities. The facilities will need to be maintained in a good state of repair with fixtures, fittings and other relevant materials in place. The service will ensure that conventional public toilets and barbeques are available to the public between specified hours.
