Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) are proposing to:
* Construct a new amenity and changeroom facility; and
* Undertake renovations on the existing amenities and changerooms, for the Bowen Seagulls Rugby League Club at Denison Park, 2-24 Queens Road, Bowen Qld 4805 (Works).
These Works will provide:
* an additional two changerooms;
* additional amenities including disabled compliant toilets to both the existing building and new structure.
The Principal currently have proposed floor plans only.
The Principal is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced building contractor (Contractor) to complete the design and engineering, based on the proposed floor plans provided, and manage all aspects of the construction of the Works.

Note: A non-mandatory Tender Briefing has been arranged for 9.00am, Wednesday, 24th July 2024 meeting at the Denison Park, 2-24 Queens Road, Bowen Qld 4805. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than 12.00pm Tuesday 23rd July 2024.
