Supply and Delivery of Street Trees - Supply Panel Contract

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council is seeking to appoint a panel of suppliers for the supply and delivery of various varieties of tree species of and pot sizes, generally from 15L to 45L for Council’s street tree planting program.

It is estimated Council will require between 300-600 Street Trees of various varieties annually. Stock must be able to meet the quality as determined in Australian Standard AS 2303-2018.

The Council's major order will be placed by March 29 each year. Suppliers must be able to deliver stock to Council between 30 May and 30 October of each year.

Minor orders may be made ad hoc throughout the year.

This contract will be awarded for an initial two (2) year period commencing 1 September 2024 with options for a further one, three year term to be offered at the sole discretion Council.

Quantity of stock is not guaranteed under this contract.
