Tender Description
The Australian National University (the University) seeks to establish a collaborative relationship and contract with a suitably experienced Service Provider who can provide a Degree Plan, Track, Check solution to address the University's identified needs for program planning, tracking and checking.
At a high level, the University seeks a solution which:
(a) Is primarily a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), Software as a Services (SaaS) based Degree Plan, Track, Check solution.
(b) Integrates with the existing Curriculum Management System (Global IT Factory) and the University's Timetabling System.
(c) Facilitates a positive student and staff experience.
(d) Includes support and maintenance services for the solution.
(e) Has the capability and capacity to meet the University's requirements for the solution.
Industry Briefing
An Industry Briefing will be held Friday 28 June 2024 at 2pm (AEST).
Tenderers must register their interest in attending the Industry Briefing by sending an email to the Contact Officer at: contracts.its@anu.edu.au with Subject Line: ANU24-038 Industry Briefing Registration.
Registration email must be received by the University no later than 5pm (AEST) Thursday 27 June 2024 and include the organisation name and the name and email addresses of all attendees. Tenderers are limited to three (3) attendees each.
Upon receipt of the registration email, attendees will be sent a calendar invite which will contain the Microsoft Teams link to the Briefing.
By registering for this Industry Briefing, Tenderers and attendees acknowledge and accept the session will be digitally recorded.
