East Gippsland Water (EGW) is seeking quote for Inspect, Test, Replace, Service and Maintain our existing Fire Extinguishers, Reels and Fire Blankets at various EGW's locations/site across East Gippsland. This will be a 3-year contracted service with the option of an additional 2x 1 year extension at EGW’s discretion.
The services will encompass:
a) Inspection, testing, servicing, replacement and maintenance of existing fire extinguishers, reels and fire blankets across EGW sites and locations.
b) Inspection and testing of all extinguishers are undertaken every six (6) months against AS/1851.
c) Certificate of Service / Maintenance report of work undertaken to be issued with invoice broken down to the separate 9 location/areas, not induvial items.
d) It is an expectation that the contractor will advise before and upon arrival and exit of the site
e) It is an expectation the client EGW will be contacted and arrange servicing with the relevant areas two weeks prior to attending and within the schedule 6mthly calendar month.
f) All parts and consumables (if used any) must comply with Australian Standards
