Request for Quote: AgriFutures Export Fodder Program Strategic RD&E Plan (2021-2026) Mid-term Review

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is seeking services from an individual or organisation to undertake a mid-term assessment of the Export Fodder Program Strategic RD&E Plan (2021-2026) as part of the AgriFutures Export Fodder Program.

1. Production of high-quality export grade fodder
2. Continued access to export markets
3. Supporting innovation across the supply chain
4. Increased adoption of R&D outputs by industry

• Inform industry, the community and Government about the investment in AgriFutures Export Fodder Program
• Support RD&E planning and decision-making, through detailing current progress towards addressing the objectives and goals of the current 5 year plan
• Signal to researchers and collaborators how current investments are performing in terms of addressing the current 5 year plan by AgriFutures Australia
• Ensure good governance and transparency in the administration and management of AgriFutures Export Fodder Program

• Assess the performance and alignment of the current investments to the Export Fodder Strategic RD&E Plan (2021-2026)
• Use targeted interviews to understand how the current plan meets the expectations and priorities of the Export Fodder industry
• Suggest any gaps in the existing monitoring and evaluation plan for implementation through the remainder of the project. Provide a report to AgriFutures outlining the success of the plan to date, recommended changes, and recommended investment
• The final deliverables will include a presentation to the Export Fodder Advisory Panel and industry

1. A Draft Report will be provided to the AgriFutures Export Fodder Program manager for review
2. Review comments and feedback will be incorporated in a Final Report
3. Project summary document to be published on the AgriFutures website
4. A presentation of key finding to the Export Fodder advisory panel and key industry stakeholders
5. Following execution of contract, or at the project inception meeting, AgriFutures Australia will provide project information and researcher contact details for all projects falling within the scope of the impact assessment.

A member from the Export Fodder Program team will take questions via email. Individual responses to questions relating to the RFQ will not be provided by the Coordinator or Program Manager. A response, along with the question, will be posted in the Frequently Asked Questions section, below, within 24 hours of receival.
