The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek information and ideas from industry stakeholders (Respondents) on enquiry centre delivery models including but not limited to fully outsourced, hybrid and fully insourced.
The Department delivers critical enquiry centre capability supporting client enquiries associated with the management of the migration and visa programs, facilitation of cross-border trade and travel, and supporting social cohesion and delivery of the citizenship program.
A responsive client enquiry centre capability is critical to support initiatives to simplify the migration system by improving the applicant experience, supporting processing efficiency and effectiveness and putting clients at the centre of service delivery outcomes.
A client enquiry centre is a vital cog in the Home Affairs Portfolio service delivery machine. It provides an alternative to online/digital information and services - critical for vulnerable clients and those for whom English is not a first language.
