Tender Description

Upgrade of the existing Elgar Park NE grass surface oval to a synthetic turf competition level hockey facility. The proposed multi-use line marking will enable the facility to be used for other sporting disciplines.

- The project will meet the International Hockey Federation (FIA) requirements for competition level hockey games.

- The project includes:

o a synthetic surface (including line marking) & 500 lux lighting system.

o associated drainage works,

o perimeter fencing with raised kerb edges & retaining walls behind the goals to protect the fencing from repeated strikes,

o pedestrian & maintenance access,

o DDA compliant pedestrian access from the pavilion concourse to the field.

o Authority approvals as required.
