Shute Harbour, Jubilee Pocket & Funnel Bay - Landscaping & Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) requires an experienced and qualified Contractor to supply maintenance services for the public areas at Jubilee Pocket & Outer Suburbs:

Part A: Shute Harbour

• * Whitsunday Lions Lookout
• * Snows Beach Park
• * Shute Harbour Upper Carpark
• * Shute Harbour Lower Carpark
• * Associated Road Reserves

Part B: Jubilee Pocket

• * Wildlife Park
• * Bottle Tree Park
• * Catherine Crescent Park
• * Sanctuary Avenue Park
• * Stormvogel Park
• * Mandalay Park

* Whitsunday PCYC

• * Associated Road Reserves

Part C: Funnel Bay

• * Funnel Bay Foreshore
• * Langford Road

This contract will be offered for a period of twelve (12) months with an additional two (2) by twelve-monthly extension at Council’s sole discretion.

Council reserves the right to award this contract in whole or part.

Non-mandatory Tender Briefings have been arrange for Wednesday, 19th June 2024 at the following locations and times:

• * Part A – Shute Harbour – 10:00am at Whitsunday Lions Park, Shute Harbour Qld 4802;
• * Part B – Jubilee Pocket – 11:00am at Wildlife Park, Jubilee Pocket Qld 4802; and/or
• * Part C – Funnel Bay - 12:00pm at Funnel Bay Carpark, end of Langford Road, Airlie Beach Qld 4802.
