⁠⁠⁠Whitsunday Regional Council requires an experienced and qualified Contractor to supply maintenance services for the public areas at Jubilee Pocket & Outer Suburbs.

• Snows Beach Park
• Shute Harbour Upper Carpark
• Shute Harbour Lower Carpark
• Associated Road Reserves

b) Part B: Jubilee Pocket

• Wildlife Park
• Bottle Tree Park
• Catherine Crescent Park
• Sanctuary Avenue Park
• Stormvogel Park
• Mandalay Park
• Whitsunday PCYC
• Associated Road Reserves

c) Part C: Funnel Bay

• Funnel Bay Foreshore
• Langford Road
• This contract will be offered for a period of twelve (12) months with one (1) additional twelve-month
• extension at Council’s sole discretion.

Council reserves the right to award this contract in whole or part.
