Tender Description
Expressions of Interest (EOI) to tender are sought from commercial builders with an appropriate VBA registered Building Practitioner number to undertake works to the Grampians Community Health premises at 8 — 22 Patrick Street, Stawell. It is anticipated that tender documentation will be available Tuesday 23rd July, 2024 with tenders closing Wednesday 4th September, 2024 at 5pm.
The proposed works include internal office alterations, external works to the existing carpark and a new disabled access ramp adjoining Patrick Street.
