Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T111-2024, Panorama Road, Calala and Evans Street, Westdale Stormwater Upgrades.
The works will involve, piped stormwater, stormwater pit construction, pavement widening works, kerb and gutter construction, water service adjustments, driveway construction and associated verge works at both sites.
This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being lump sum. The scope of work includes the construction of civil works associated with footpaths and shared paths.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
