Mildura Rural City Council are seeking quotations from contractors / suppliers / Consultants to provide fire services which require upgrading across the whole site at Johansen Memorial Recreation Reserve to comply with the latest Australian Standard (AS1851-2012). Without this work, fire services are compromised to the Community Complex, RSL Camp and Caravan Park.
The Fire Pump and the 2 x Water Tanks need replacement, so that the services can be compliant with the abovementioned Australian Services.
INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.
SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion.
Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced quotation or all or any part of a quotation and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
Have you only included pricing in the applicable pricing schedule? Please be aware that any other documents that include price will be withheld from the evaluation panel and will not be taken into consideration for scoring.- The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any Non-Conforming Tenders.
