Tender Description
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the carrying out and completion of major works for the Stuart and Ramsay Street Road end Seawall Works.
The works include but are not limited to:
- The Works consist of approximately 30m of rock revetment and a set of piled steps at both Stuart and Ramsay Street Road ends.
- Ramsay Street seawall has a drainage outfall within the seawall.
- The rock revetment comprises of two layers of primary rock armour and two layers of underlayer rock.
- The Works will protect public assets and improve public beach access and amenity.
- The Works are located within a road reserve and are located at the end of Council roads.
- The Works are primarily designed to protect the road infrastructure and provide beach access.
The full scope of the works is detailed in the drawings, specification and the conditions of contract.
