The Lower North East Regional Councils (LNERC), comprising Mansfield, Murrindindi, Strathbogie, and Benalla Rural City, are embarking on a mission to modernise service delivery through the Rural Councils Transformation Program, facilitated by the Department of Treasury and Finance Business Acceleration Fund. This initiative involves replacing outdated systems and manual processes with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, a pivotal move toward streamlined processes and integrated functionalities.
After tender process and evaluations, LNERC has selected Civica Authority Altitude as the primary provider for critical business functions. It is essential to note that all Councils will adopt the same (or very similar) configuration and business processes to ensure uniformity across the board.
