This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is looking to engage a highly qualified Supplier to undertake the delivery of training on organisational change management (OCM) for ACIC staff.
Training content should include: change management methodologies (such as, but not limited to, ADKAR and/or PROSCI); practices, tools and/or processes in change management inclusive of the relationship between the delivery of change and benefit realisation; case studies in the delivery of change management on projects or enterprise initiatives that are relevant to the government sector (for example, in digital transformation, human centred service design); and the role(s) of people leaders, sponsors, project managers and other change enablers.
Training content and delivery will be flexible for participation nationally and scalable to either small groups or large cohorts of agency staff at APS6, EL1 and EL2 levels, and in either small groups of less than 10 participants or cohorts(s) of up to 20 participants.
The working arrangements will be both onsite and offsite. Structure of Training as follows:
- 1-day "Leading your Team through Change"
- 3-day "CM Practitioner Certification"
