Tender Description
This tender is for the supply of asphalt and milling services to Lithgow Council in the 2024/25 fiscal year. Due to the upcoming Council elections, this tender has been placed prior to the Council approval of the capital works program, which may mean that the listed program may be altered after the determination of this tender. This tender will be for the works listed (pending Council approval) as well as a schedule of rates for other currently unspecified works which will be quoted for as they arise.
The schedule of rates should include:
- Mill and fill
- milling
- supply and lay
- ex bin
- Other services provided by your company
Rates for the supply and lay of additional asphalt as required should be supplied with costs for individual sites.
Council will provide a site to tip millings and unused asphalt within 5 kilometres of the work site.
The general specification for the works will be 80mm milling, 10mm spray seal, 70mm AC14, unless otherwise specified on the plan or by other specifications given in writing.
