Tender Description
Council is seeking tender submissions from experienced and suitably qualified and capable Contractors to undertake the associated landscaping works and amenities block construction at Watsonia Town Square (Stage 2). The project works are located in Watsonia Road, Watsonia, Melway Ref. Map 20 E3.
This project is Stage 2 of the development of Watsonia Town Square.
The extent of the contract is to complete the landscaping requirements and construction of amenities block in accordance with the drawings, specification, and relevant authorities. The scope of works is generally as depicted in the documentation and includes but is not limited to the following:
- Hard and soft landscaping works – including playground features
- Construction of amenities block
- Paving works
- Asphalting works
- Drainage works
- Lighting installation; and
- Authority applications and inspections as required.
