This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DHA is seeking assistance to ensure our future roadmap for the Corporate Solution project aligns with strategic business priorities, rather than replicate existing business processes in the new Salesforce system.
A group of six EL2 stakeholders have been nominated to be part of this process, representing relevant business areas.
Some of these stakeholders have had a detailed involvement with the project to date, while others have had more limited involvement, and some none at all. Most of these stakeholders have been at DHA for many years and are deeply versed in the current way of working. However, we want to ensure that this deep business knowledge is used to take advantage of the opportunity presented by the Corporate Solution project to transform current business processes.
This will require these stakeholders to take a strategic view of outcomes and objectives that the system can be used to support.
DHA is seeking assistance with:
1. Scope engagement and required activities and outcomes
2. Interviews with the Service Delivery executive leadership team and nominated EL2s
3. Plan Workshops with nominated EL2 group, to align on strategies business priorities and capability uplift, including discovery of pain points and opportunities
4. Facilitation of EL2 Workshop Series including write-up of outcomes and recommendations; and
5. Scope next step activities from the workshop series, including identification of resourcing required.
