Tender Description
Cushman & Wakefield are seeking to engage contractors in the Western Sydney region, for the provision of proactive maintenance services to public school in the region.
As an agent to School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW), our focus is engaging local contractors based as close as possible to the schools they service ideally within 30 minutes, or 50 kilometres. If you or your business can self deliver proactive maintenance services to schools in this region, we welcome your participation in this process.
Local Contractors are being sought to provide the following proactive services:
Service # 1 Safety Systems

Compliant submissions will require the following documents to proceed with evaluation:
Document 2. Returnable Schedule completed in full (Non Price and Proactive Pricing tabs) in EXCEL format
Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
Personal Income Insurance (if sole trader)
Workers Compensation (WC)
Motor Vehicle Insurance (MVI)
Relevant Business Licence/s
Supply Nation/ORIC/Indigenous Chamber of Commerce Certificate or Registration (if applicable)

Request for Information (RFI) should be directed via online forum no later than the RFI Closure date below. Cushman & Wakefield and SINSW personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. Verbal, or emailed RFIs will not be accepted.
