Tender Description
This Invitation for Expressions of Interest seeks proposals for participation in the Northside Hospital Project (NHP) from suitably qualified Respondents. The purpose of this IEOI is to:
- Inform potential Respondents about the NHP, including the Project Objectives and scope, and the proposed procurement and delivery approach.
- Invite potential Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and inform them of the information required to be included in their submissions.
- Set out the Evaluation Criteria to be applied by the Territory in evaluating each submitted EOI.
- Outline the process and indicative timetable for the NHP.
- Enable the Territory to shortlist Respondents who have the experience, capability and capacity to deliver the VECI Services and, if the construction offer is accepted, successfully deliver the Northside Hospital Project.
Following evaluation of submitted EOIs, the Territory will invite successful Respondents (Tenderers) to participate in the Request for Tender (RFT) Phase.

Notes: The industry briefing will present prospective industry partners with valuable information and insights into the Northside Hospital Project, outline the procurement process, and answers questions from participants about the Invitation for Expression of Interest.
