Tender Description
The services to be provided under this tender are broken into two packages:
• Package A – Building Maintenance Services; and
• Package B – Building Minor Capital Works.
Tenderers must tender for both packages.
Council intends to appoint two panels of contractors under this contract as follows:
• Panel A will be appointed for both Package A (Building Maintenance Services) and Package B (Building Minor Capital Works). This panel is expected to consist of three contractors, so that those contractors who perform Package A maintenance services on Council building assets can also contribute to the lifecycle renewal and upgrade of those assets as part of Council’s annual capital works program via Package B works.
• Panel B will be appointed for Package B (Building Minor Capital Works) only. Panel B is expected to consist of two contractors, to provide Council with additional capacity to deliver its annual capital works program via Package B works.
Council will reserve the right to determine the number of contractors appointed to Panels A and B.
