Tender Description
Taswater is seeking a vendor to provide a hosted Customer Self Service Portal technical solution along with a ticketing system for efficient management of portal requests and enquiries, and enhancements of our current IVR allowing for additional functionality. TasWater also requires the vendor to support implementation, training and resource development.
EOI process intends to select shortlisted contractors based on the selection criteria. Shortlisted contractors may be asked to tender at a later date.
