This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
At the request of an entity in the Pacific islands, the Australian Government, through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT’s) Cyber Affairs and Critical Technology Branch (CYB), is providing cyber security incident response support; and advice and delivery of cyber security remediation and comprehensive system enhancements and security.
There are two parts to this project:
Part A – Incident management support and advice
The entity is seeking support and specialist advice on cyber security intrusions and compromises affecting its network. Substantial analysis has already been conducted into the cyber incident, which will be made available to the provider. The provider will be expected to draw on this analysis in developing a comprehensive remediation plan.
Part B – system enhancements and security
The entity is seeking to operationalize the remediation plan and adopt enhancements to its network to ensure the cyber incident is resolved and the security of the network is uplifted to prevent future incidents. The provider will manage the implementation of these enhancements to ensure a sustained secure network.
The successful supplier may be responsible for undertaking these services following a cost assessment that will be derived from Part A – Incident management support and advice, which will be informed by the successful supplier’s rate card.
