Tender Description
Austin Health is seeking a qualified contractor for the refurbishment of Human Resources (HR) office on Level 1 of the Centaur Building West Wing at the Austin Health Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital.
Currently, HR staff are located on both the ground and first floor of the West Wing. The plan is to expand the First Floor offices to consolidate the HR department.
The building's services and fabric are nearing the end of their lifespan. The space on the First Floor, previously an Aged Care residency, has been used for storage since its closure in 2016, with partial refurbishment in 2022.
The project scope of works will consist of building refurbishment works to enable an office fit-out including demolition, alterations, fixtures, equipment, electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services related works.
Interested tenderers need to be registered with Austin Health iPro Certification in addition to DTF construction Supplier Registration List.
Contractor must agree to sign the Austin construction contract unamended.
