Provision of Strategic Organisational Change Management for the Modern Workplace Program

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Health and Aged Care (the Department) is seeking to drive sustained adoption of Microsoft Teams and the M365 suite and implement supports and campaigns to assist staff be more productive.

The Seller will be expected to collaborate and consult broadly across the Department and its service provider landscape, working in partnership with the project team to design and deliver Microsoft Teams and essential Microsoft 365 training, identify appropriate change management interventions such as coaching, tailored communications, or advanced training as required for specific business areas, identifying and addressing barriers to adoption and support the Department's technical support and system owners to establish the management and support of the Department's M365 cloud services.

The Department requires support from a suitably qualified and experienced Seller with a wealth of similar initiatives, to accelerate and maximise the adoption of the M365 toolset with Microsoft Teams as its primary collaboration and communication tool. The preferred supplier should be a Microsoft platinum partner and will work as part of a blended team to deliver the Department's Modern Workplace Program.
