PROVISION OF REAL ESTATE SERVICES FOR HORSHAM RURAL CITY COUNCIL-OWNED PROPERTY

Tender 24-013

Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) seeks to appoint a panel of appropriately qualified licensed Real Estate Agents for the provision of Real Estate Services to assist HRCC with the management of property assets within its portfolio. The property assets are of various types and value.

The services to be provided under this Contract include, without limitation:

1. Provision of specialist property advice (including the provision of market valuations and information regarding market trends for commercial property and industrial land subdivisions, and assistance with the acquisition of land assets).
2. Sale of various types of property (including vacant land and newly developed land in industrial subdivisions).
3. Property management services for commercial rentals (including management of new and ongoing commercial leases).

HRCC acknowledge that Tenderers may not wish to provide every service outlined in the tender documents. As such, HRCC requests that Tenderers clearly specify which services they are interested in providing in their tender submission. Please note that there is no limit to the number of services for which a party can submit a tender.

Tenderers must submit a Proposed Service Model that demonstrates the Tenderer’s capacity, qualifications, and technical ability to fulfil the requirements for each tendered service as outlined in the Service Brief.

Tenderers are required to complete the online Schedule of Rates.

This Contract will be awarded for an initial three-year period, commencing 1 July 2024 with option for one further term of three years to be offered at the sole discretion of Council.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Procure Portal.

All enquiries regarding this request for tender must be lodged via the “question” option on the Procure portal.

Questions regarding this tender will be answered up until 12 Noon, Friday 10 May 2024. Questions posted after this date/time will not be responded to.
