The City wishes to engage a suitably experienced consultant to deliver the Community Services and Facility Review (CSFR). The purpose of this project is to develop a holistic strategic plan that takes an integrated approach to providing community infrastructure and associated services for the next 10-20 years (2024-2044).

The Plan will guide future investment in community services and facilities in respect of libraries, pools, aquatic centres, community centres (including leased sites), and sports and recreation facilities.
